This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process or, where no registration occurs, from the moment you first access any part of the platform.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 8c77. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of any technical method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 8c77 will close all associated accounts immediately. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Any net winnings derived from a duplicate account may also be voided at 8c77's sole discretion.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible operations, 8c77 requires all account holders to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold amount, or at any time 8c77 deems it necessary. Verification documents may include:

• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

• 8c77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected.

General Bonus Principles

• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

8c77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity, or a request from the account holder for self-exclusion.

User-Requested Closure

You may request the closure of your 8c77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon request, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated payment method within a standard processing period. Accounts closed at the user's request may be reactivated by contacting support, subject to eligibility checks.
